What amenities are available?

The GOPOA offers Paws Park, a dedicated dog park for residents and their pets.

When does the DRC Committee meet?

The DRC Committee meets on the first Thursday of each month.

Is there a community paint color chart available?

Paint color selections vary by individual HOA. Some HOAs have mandatory approved color schemes. Please contact your HOA for specific requirements and approved color selections.

Are there move-in or move-out restrictions?

Yes. Moving activities and large deliveries are permitted: Monday through Saturday 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Are trucks or commercial vehicles allowed to park in the community?

Residents should not have more than four vehicles parked on the street at any time.

If additional vehicles cannot be accommodated in the driveway, they should be parked in the gravel lot outside the Livingston Gate.

When are Board Meetings held?

Board Meetings are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

How many homes/lots are in the community?

The community consists of 732 doors.

What are the quarterly assessments?

Each property owner pays $1,509 per quarter. The assessment includes: Comcast Cable Bundle. High-Speed Internet Service, ADT Alarm Monitoring.

When is household trash collected?

Pickup Days: Monday and Thursday

Container Placement: By 6:00 AM on pickup day

Containers may be placed curbside the evening before collection.

When is recycling collected?

Bulk items are collected curbside on Mondays.
